Although we have already started discussing with participants and have encouraged them to follow and join workshops virtually, the idea is to have a physical and collective space in which participants can take part in various workshops (both by local tutors and international ones through E-EASA). Although this gathering will indeed be happening in physical space and may result in more local-oriented activities, we are seeing it as an opportunity for participants to fully engage with other activities and events happening in the international EASA network. We will thus tap into any lectures, events, debates or workshops happening over those specific dates, both as individual participants as well as a collective local team. Even though the 5-day event will be the peak of our local events, participants will also be encouraged to join events which fall outside of this period. We are looking for locations which have amenities to sleep, shower, eat there for 5 days but have not confirmed a specific location as of yet. In this way, we hope to still give our many new participants who have never been to EASA before the opportunity to have a very ‘EASA experience’ nonetheless.
