Clarification about the Winter School and Work Groups Application
A single application form is released for both the Winter School and the Working Groups. Everyone in the EASA Community is welcome to apply; participation in one does not depend on the other. Due to venue limits, the Winter School Ground is capped at about 50 participants and selection is not based on hierarchy or role.
Working Groups are hosted online and physically during Winter School. The are open to motivated members of the community, with specific entry criteria to keep each group consistent and committed, and they aim to remain active throughout the year.
As part of the Winter School application, you must complete one creative task: create an A3 collage poster showing how you imagine the future of EASA in your country. Your collage can include drawings, photos, materials, or digital compositions.
Participation in a Work Group does not guarantee participation in the Winter School Ground, and vice versa. More detailed information is available in the Moderator’s Work Group Guide PDF.
